- Take snapshot
Action Plan
Perform the below actions
- Observe the URL defined in the Portal section of CMS - Dashboard Service editor
- Access the URL separately in browser, if you observed that it is never loading then the URL is invalid. Change the URL to a valid one, then compute the snapshot again.
- If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following relevant input
