Updates for Text components APPLICATION_RULE/APPLICATION_METRIC and METRIC_EVOLUTION	Text components APPLICATION_RULE/APPLICATION_METRIC and METRIC_EVOLUTION have been updated with a new option: "COMPLIANCE=true/false". This option is only useful when the metric ID is for a BC or a TC. When used, the compliance score is used instead of the grade for calculations.
